Terms of Service

Welcome to CredentialOak. These Terms of Service govern the provision of Professional credential support and upskilling tracks offered via credentialoak.info. By participating in our services, purchasing digital materials or ordering goods, you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions

Services refer to live or scheduled professional credential support, workshops, and upskilling programs delivered by CredentialOak.

Digital Products include downloadable courses, modules, e-materials, and other informational content offered by CredentialOak.

Physical Goods encompass printed resources, merchandise or equipment purchased from CredentialOak.

2. Ordering and Payment

All fees are listed in local currency on credentialoak.info. Payment must be completed in full prior to the commencement of any service, delivery of digital products, or shipment of physical goods. CredentialOak reserves the right to suspend access or delivery until fees are settled.

3. Provision of Services

CredentialOak delivers professional support and workshops at scheduled times. Details, including format, duration and prerequisites, are provided in the course description.

4. Delivery of Digital Products and Physical Goods

Digital products are available for download immediately following successful payment. Physical goods are dispatched to the address provided by the client and are subject to standard shipping timelines.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

• Full refunds are available if a refund request is submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled start date.
• After this period, clients may reschedule their session one time at no extra fee, subject to availability.
• No refund requests will be honored once a session has begun, as resources are allocated in advance.

5.2 Digital Products

• Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase, provided no more than 20% of the content has been accessed.
• Requests must be submitted via our Contact Us form.
• After this period or content threshold is exceeded, no refunds will be granted due to immediate access to materials.

5.3 Physical Goods

• Refunds are available within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging.
• Clients are responsible for shipping costs to send the item back.
• Once the item is received and inspected, the purchase amount will be credited to the original payment account within 10 business days.

6. Changes and Cancellations

Clients may request to reschedule or swap services up to 3 days before the start date. Such changes are subject to availability. Notice of cancellation or change must be sent via our contact form or by phone.

7. Limitation of Liability

CredentialOak shall not be liable for indirect or incidental losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant service, digital product or physical good.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
